Kurt A/C hoses and fittings are validated to SAE J2064 standards and compatible with R134a, R404a, R410a, R457a, R513a, HF01234yf/yz, and other low-temperature refrigerants for industrial, energy, and manufacturing applications.

Are Standard Barrier and Reduced Barrier fittings interchangeable?

Yes. The type of fitting is the same for each hose type, but be sure to always match the fittings series to the hose type for a reliable crimp. For example: standard barrier fittings are designed for thicker standard barrier hoses (with larger OD), and, reduced barrier fittings work with thinner, more flexible reduced barrier hoses.
